In accordance with ACPR Instruction No. 219-I-24 (following the Order of December 1, 2016 transposing the legislative part of the 4th European Directive) on information on the AML/CFT system, professionals are required to participate in special continuing education programs in order to be informed of new developments, including information on AML/CFT techniques, methods and trends. The objective of AML/CFT training is to help professionals recognize transactions that may be related to money laundering or terrorist financing and to instruct them on how to proceed in such cases.
